Famous Bollywood fitness trainer who has contributed in providing great bodies to celebs like John Abraham, Ranveer Singh, Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, has given several useful fitness advices to the fitness freaks. But Shivoham who put efforts for SRK’s eight packs in Om Shanti Om and Aamir Khan’s six packs in Ghajini, has said that if common people want to copy the celebs body then they must consult with an experienced trainer. “Getting influenced and beef up your body on your own following the stars can bring negative effects for your health,” said Shivoham.

“Bollywood actors follow rigorous workout sessions to build up their bodies based on the requirements of their on screen roles. It is a well planned venture that gives result in due course of time,’ said Shivoham adding that these workout sessions can not be applicable for the common folks who follow entirely different types of diet plans.

Shivoham said this during a boot camp in Mumbai recently. “Looking up the Bollywood stars common often get influenced and try to immitate their heros on screen. But they need to realise that what Bollywood celebs do is their profession and to reach their objectives they get training 24×7. It is very unlikely for the common peole. Actors are paid to look what the directors want, but regular people should not stretch themselves to that extent,” said Shivoham who has an international standard gym in Mumbai. All noted Bollywood celebs like Aamir, Abishek, John and even Kangana regularly visit his gym and get tips from Shivoham.

“Ordinary people can give fitness a good thought and instead of building a body copying any Bollywood actor in just two or three months what they can do is to make fitness a part of their lifestyle.”

Shivoham has also warned that the once famous size zero frame for Bollywood actresses should be a strict no-no for any women.
